• Cancellation policy is applicable on per person basis
  * Tour participant will have to intimate in writing to VITSWORLD / VENTURE INDIKA CONSULTANCY SERVICES. regarding cancellation
  * Cancellation policy will apply from the date of receipt of written information from tour participant and he/she will have to make below mentioned payments accordingly
  * 30 days prior to the date of the tour non-refundable Booking Deposit
  * 15-29 days prior to the date of departure of the tour: 50% of the total tour cost
  * 07-14 days prior to the date of departure of the tour cancellation charges will be 75% of the total tour cost
  * 06 days or less prior to the date of departure of the Tour or a No show on the tour 100% of total tour cost.
• Airlines cancellation / amendment policy:

As per the airline. Please make a note most of the seats are reserved on non-refundable competitive prices which attract 100% retention on cancellation or amendment.
Terms and Conditions
* All prices are per person on twin sharing basis and based on minimum 02 adults traveling together or otherwise mentioned.
* * Surcharge applicable during high season.
* No refund of any unutilized services under any circumstances.
* All sight-seeings are pre-booked and would attract charges for amendments on arrival.

* Child cost mentioned in package is below 11 years of age and sharing room with  parents

*All payments to be cleared seven working days prior to the scheduled departure of the tour / travel.
* Arrival & Departure Transfers: Policy applied
* Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking after you have received this mail, a cancellation fee will apply
***Booking will be auto-cancelled should payments not be received by the given deadline. 
Arrival & Departure Transfers Policy:
• Advised 48hrs In advance, failing which no transfers will be arranged
• Transfers between 0000hrs & 0600hrs will attract surcharge of 50%
 Reconfirmation - Booking's to be reconfirmed 72hrs / as per the given deadline with PAYMENT, ARR & DEP details or not booking will be auto cancelled.
b. Guaranteed - Bookings will only be Guaranteed once payments are received in our account,
c. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation made prior to arrival will attract cancellation charges.
d. Transfers & Tours - Will be provided on Seat In Coach basis unless stated otherwise.
e. Reservations subject to cancellation until fully paid.
f. Above price is subject to change or/ & is a necessary factor of service /seat availability or hotel confirmation.
g. Please arrange to transfer amount to our bank account by the deadline given.
h. The full and final payments not received for any reason before the deadline would be treated as non payment and would attract cancellation and charges there of have to paid.
